The Vaycora managed lease plan is built for RV owners who want Vaycora to manage bookings, customer communication, setup, maintenance coordination, inspections, damage workflows, smart monitoring, Core Fleet Managed Service records, and rental operations while keeping the economics clear.

Included owner system

Core Fleet Managed Service is included in the managed lease plan.

Accepted managed lease owners receive access to the Core Fleet Managed Service for their RV, including owner-facing fleet records, RV Smart monitoring visibility, inspection and maintenance history, rental readiness status, rental operation history, payout visibility, and blockchain-verifiable audit records where available. Required fleet monitoring and RV Smart/OBD monitoring are offered at a reduced managed-fleet rate, but still carry a monthly monitoring and technology fee under final terms.

Managed RV renter benefits

Renters get a stronger reason to choose managed RVs.

Renters who choose Fleet Managed Services RVs receive a more auditable RV rental experience, clearer support paths, and temporary Vaycora Life access for the rental period. Vaycora Life is planned as a trip companion with route planning, suggested stops, campground-style planning, and activity ideas for the rental journey. Managed RV rentals can also receive a 5% discount on the rental surcharge, not the base rental fee, subject to final launch terms.

First 500 RVs managed lease bonus

Early managed lease owners can earn an extra 20% revenue share for three months.

The first 500 RVs accepted into the Vaycora managed lease plan receive an additional 20% owner revenue share for the first three months of eligible rentals. Early managed spots are limited and subject to review, approval, signed terms, and final program rules.

Example: at 10 booked nights per month, estimated monthly gross is $2,750 and estimated yearly gross is $33,000. The owner's 50% share before reserve would be about $1,375 per month, or $16,500 per year, before approved operating costs, reserve rules, claims, and final program terms.

Reserve example: for the first six months, the model can hold back 10% of the owner's net share and add Vaycora reserve support capped at 5% of Vaycora's net share. In this example, that would set aside about $138 from the owner side and $69 from Vaycora's side per month. The recommended reserve target is six months of the RV payment plus a $5,000 maintenance/tire contingency, currently estimated at $10,700. Vaycora's reserve support is non-refundable to Vaycora once allocated and can be used for approved downtime and operating expenses under final terms.
