Vaycora Outdoors — RV Rentals, Campers, Travel, Community.

One-year managed RV lease package

Review the lease before Vaycora Sign.

The owner leases the RV to Vaycora Outdoors for a one-year managed lease term. Vaycora Sign records the owner review, agreement data, timestamps, and audit-ready receipt for the Vaycora records layer.

Lease authority

Vaycora can rent, manage, move, store, and operate the RV.

The one-year lease gives Vaycora Outdoors the right to rent, manage, move, store, inspect, maintain, monitor, prepare, clean, support, and operate the RV as part of the managed fleet program, subject to final acceptance and program terms.

Important legal notice

Vaycora Sign language should be final-approved.

This page prepares the lease package structure. Before launch, Vaycora should review the language with counsel, insurance partners, state-specific requirements, privacy disclosures, electronic record consent language, and blockchain/audit verification language.

Blockchain-verifiable audit layer

Every important managed services action should leave a verifiable record.

Vaycora's records management service standard is to record managed services actions into an auditable, tamper-evident record system that can be verified through a blockchain-style ledger or blockchain verification layer. This covers approvals, signatures, inspections, maintenance, smart technology events, insurance events, payout calculations, owner acknowledgements, and dispute or incident records.

1. Parties and managed RV

This lease package identifies the RV owner, Vaycora Outdoors, the managed RV, ownership or lease authority, and the owner's authority to place the RV into the Vaycora managed fleet program. The owner must confirm that they have the legal right to lease the RV to Vaycora Outdoors and allow Vaycora to rent, manage, move, store, inspect, maintain, monitor, and operate the RV under the managed lease program.

2. One-year lease to Vaycora Outdoors

The owner leases the identified RV to Vaycora Outdoors for a one-year managed lease term, subject to final acceptance, vehicle review, insurance approval, technology installation, and completed Vaycora Sign record. During the lease term, Vaycora may use the RV for managed rental operations under the program terms.

3. Vaycora management rights

The owner authorizes Vaycora to rent, manage, move, store, inspect, maintain, monitor, prepare, clean, support, and operate the RV as part of the managed fleet program. This includes listing readiness, renter communication, booking support, setup coordination, storage coordination, maintenance coordination, inspections, return review, smart technology installation, fleet records, and rental operation workflows.

4. Included Core Fleet Managed Service

The managed lease plan includes access to Vaycora's Core Fleet Managed Service for the accepted RV. This service is intended to provide the owner with managed fleet visibility, owner record access, RV status history, OBD and telematics records where supported, inspection records, maintenance records, readiness state, rental operation history, smart driving records, dash cam status, payout visibility, and audit trail access. Required fleet monitoring and RV Smart/OBD monitoring are offered at a reduced managed-fleet rate, but still carry a monthly monitoring and technology fee under final written terms.

5. Owner payment responsibility

The owner acknowledges that Vaycora is not assuming the owner's RV loan, lease payment, lender obligation, title obligation, registration obligation, or other owner financial obligation. If the RV is not rented and no rental revenue exists, the owner remains responsible for those obligations unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

6. Reserve account and downtime support

For the first six months, the managed lease plan may build a reserve account from rental revenue. The recommended reserve target is six months of the owner's RV lease or loan payment plus a $5,000 maintenance, tires, and contingency buffer. The reserve can be used for approved downtime, operating expenses, lease-payment support, maintenance, tires, claims, unresolved rental issues, or other approved managed-fleet expenses under final written terms. The model may hold back 10% of the owner's net revenue share and allocate Vaycora reserve support capped at 5% of Vaycora's net revenue share. Vaycora's reserve support is non-refundable to Vaycora once allocated to the reserve and can be used for approved expenses. The owner's reserve portion may be refundable at cancellation after approved open costs, claims, repairs, unpaid fees, and unresolved rental issues are settled, subject to final written terms.

7. Rental revenue waterfall

When rentals occur, gross rental revenue is applied first to approved rental operating costs. Approved costs may include storage, cleaning, turnaround, maintenance coordination, inspection, support, platform operations, insurance-related program costs where applicable, RV Smart technology, required monitoring fees, dash cam hardware, smart driving records, reserve allocations, and other agreed rental infrastructure costs. After approved costs are covered, remaining net rental revenue is split 50/50 between the owner and Vaycora unless an accepted launch incentive or revenue-share structure applies.

8. RV Smart technology and owner record access

The owner acknowledges that managed RVs must use Vaycora RV Smart technology. This may include OBD monitoring, GPS/telematics visibility, mileage and usage records, readiness status, smart driving records, dash cam installation, device health, maintenance history, inspection history, and rental operation records. Owners should receive access to an owner page showing available managed fleet records for their RV.

9. Dash cam and smart driving technology

Managed RVs may require dash cam installation and smart driving technology for safety review, renter accountability, incident documentation, claim review, dispute review, and fleet protection. Final renter-facing disclosure, data access, audio/video rules, retention rules, and privacy requirements must be approved before production use.

10. Insurance requirement

Managed lease participation requires the RV to enter the Vaycora-approved insurance path once available. Vaycora is building toward a required fleet size of 50 RVs to support the fleet insurance program. Once the insurance program launches and an RV is accepted into the managed fleet, Vaycora expects to be responsible for the fleet insurance payment, currently planned at $75 per month per RV, subject to final carrier approval, state availability, coverage terms, exclusions, deductibles, and program documents.

11. Renter insurance requirement

The carrier plans to offer renter insurance to the rental party, and that renter insurance path will be required before a renter can rent a managed vehicle. Final availability, coverage, price, exclusions, deductibles, state availability, claims handling, and required disclosures depend on the approved insurance carrier and final program terms.

12. Launch incentives

The first 500 RVs accepted into the managed lease plan may receive an additional 20% owner revenue share for the first three months of eligible rentals, subject to final program rules, acceptance, owner compliance, rental activity, and written terms.

13. Blockchain-verifiable audit records

Vaycora's records management service standard is that important actions, approvals, signatures, operating events, inspection records, maintenance records, smart technology records, insurance events, incident events, payout records, and owner acknowledgements should be recorded into a tamper-evident audit trail. The goal is to create records that are verifiable through a blockchain-style ledger or blockchain verification layer, so owners, Vaycora, recordkeepers, and authorized reviewers can confirm that records were created, preserved, and not silently altered.

14. No guarantee of rentals or income

The owner acknowledges that Vaycora does not guarantee bookings, rental income, renter demand, vehicle approval, insurance approval, launch timing, or a specific payout amount. Any examples are estimates only unless written into a final executed agreement.

15. Post-lease onboarding path

After the Vaycora Sign record is created, Vaycora should route the owner based on listing status. If the owner has not completed the RV rental intake, they should be sent into the List Your RV intake flow to finish vehicle details, photos, policies, pricing, availability, and review. If the owner already completed rental intake, Vaycora should send the managed services welcome email sequence and move the RV into managed fleet onboarding, technology setup, insurance review, inspection, and launch-readiness steps.
